ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Apple are currently reviewing the application for re-release to the app store, they are taking a little longer than I would have liked, which may indicate that they are notifying Virgin about this app, maybe a good thing maybe not, we'll see. I hope this will be released soon.

UPDATE: With the help of some good people who downloaded the app in the first day or so, we have been able to find an issue with the way we receive your account information from Virgin. Now that we have isolated some issues an update will be a day or so away, depending on verification from Apple and the app store.

A short term fix it to goto the settings page and add your login and plan details there.
